What I discovered through yoga went far beyond physical movement. It became a path of healing, a new breath of life.

📚 From my mat… to the heart of India
A few months after those first hesitant postures, I began to read, explore, and understand that yoga is not just about the body. It is a philosophy, a way of life.
One year after that moment in my living room, I flew to Rishikesh, India, to complete my first 200-hour yoga teacher training. There, surrounded by passionate Indian masters, I immersed myself in the depth and authenticity of traditional yoga.
Exactly one year later, I returned to India, this time to Kerala, for an advanced 300-hour training. This journey led me to become a 500-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher.

It took me five years after my first attempt to return to the mat.

Today, I have the joy of guiding others on the path of well-being… but it wasn’t always this way.
The first time I rolled out a yoga mat was in my living room, on a day when everything around me felt like it was falling apart.
I had just lost my job (twice), gone through a painful breakup, and hadn’t exercised in years.
I was trapped in a self-destructive lifestyle. Sleepless nights, unhealthy food, no movement at all… I was sinking, and the future felt completely uncertain.
My self-esteem was at its lowest.
I no longer knew who I was, or where I was going.
My body was stiff and locked, especially in my hips and shoulders, places where so many unexpressed emotions and pains had accumulated over time.
