What I discovered in yoga was so much more than physical movement.
It became a path of healing , a new breath of life.

...And still, my first downward dog was absolute torture. 😅

📚 From my mat… to the heart of India

A few months after those first wobbly poses, I started reading, exploring, and realizing that yoga isn’t just about the body , it’s a philosophy, a way of life.

One year after that living room moment, I flew to Rishikesh, India, to complete my first 200h teacher training.
There, surrounded by passionate Indian masters, I dove into the depth and authenticity of traditional yoga.
Exactly one year later, I went back to India, this time to Kerala, for my 300h advanced training.
That journey made me a certified 500h Yoga Alliance teacher.

It took me five years after my first attempt to come back to the mat. Yoga only waits for the right time to meet you.

My mission now is crystal clear:
🌿 To share the traditional teachings of yoga and its philosophy as they were passed on to me in India.
🌿 To guide each student, whether you're here to increase flexibility, get stronger, breathe deeper, heal, or calm emotional and physical tension.

Today, I have the joy of guiding others on the path of well-being but it hasn’t always been this way.

The first time I rolled out a yoga mat was in my living room, on a day when everything felt like it was falling apart.

I had just lost my job (twice), gone through a painful breakup, and I hadn’t exercised in years.

I was stuck in a self-destructive lifestyle. Insomnia, junk food, zero movement...I Was sinking and the future felt so uncertain. My self-esteem was at rock bottom.

I had no idea who I was anymore or where I was going.

My body was stiff and locked , especially my hips and shoulders, where so many unspoken emotions and pain had built up over time.
